Sammy Darko, a former Anas lawyer, has responded to Maxwell Opoku Agyeman's take on the Anas vs. Ken Agyapong decision.

Thank you for your submission on this judgment, Counsel. I notice you refer to Plaintiff Attorney as a surrogate, as well as a witness called by Plaintiff.

Even though you have read the judgment, those are your immediate flaws, Senior.

In civil cases, the plaintiff can give someone power of attorney to represent him.

You also claim that the judge was perplexed or did not know the identity of the plaintiff, making it difficult to claim that he was defamed. What was the purpose of the plaintiff's representation? If you read the judgment carefully, you would have noticed that the judge was selective in his facts.

I recommend that you obtain copies of the entire proceedings. You will notice that all of the exhibits are admissible.
