He indicated that his focus will be to continue the job he has already undertaken, helping rugby flourish not only in Africa but internationally. Mensah underlined his financial expertise, which he intends to use for Rugby Africa to generate money and growth possibilities for all member organizations.

Mensah said, "As we start this adventure, my hopes are to build the World Rugby Elite Program, gain financial independence, and promote rugby as a different team sport.

"My goal for the next four years is to create an inclusive competition structure that gives all members equal opportunity to grow and develop. I am also motivated to establish a positive and powerful brand for Rugby Africa, enhance the women's rugby program, and give each member organization with a national stadium."

Mensah's proposal, which aspires to increase the reputation of African rugby in the world arena, has piqued the interest of rugby fans throughout the continent.
